Shipping policy
We can ship tea to you wherever you are but if you can’t find your country on our list then get in touch via [email protected] or call +44 79792 73706 and we can help you.
All our international parcels are currently sent DDU (delivered duty unpaid) so you may have additional fees to pay upon delivery. Please check the local fees for your shipping destination to find out if there will additional fees to pay upon arrival.
We always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, we then hand the orders and control from that point on over to one of our delivery partners.
Usually, you’ll receive a UK order (no matter the method you choose) within 5 working days in the worst case. International orders usually arrive within 10 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders, and 15 working days for international orders before getting in touch though, as we can’t take any action with couriers until after that period of time! Some orders just take a little bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of the year like Christmas.
Please note: While we & our courier partners strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of orders, full liability will be on the customer if an order has been placed and goes missing when the parcel has been flagged to be left in a safe space. This applies either when safe space (or any other version of this) has been selected as a delivery option or written in the delivery notes.

APC Tracked Next Working Day (order by 10am) – England only
Next Working Day 4pm (Order by 10am Mon – Fri / Deliver Mon – Fri) £7.50
Same day dispatch if ordered before 10am Monday – Friday.
Delivery from 1 working day after dispatch, delivery Monday – Friday only.
Royal Mail Tracked (3-5 days)
From £4.00 (FREE on orders over £30.00)
Delivery from 2 working days after dispatch.
UK trade customers
Trade orders have a maximum order value of £999. Due to the typically large and complex nature of trade orders, they have specific shipping rates.
APC Tracked Next Working Day (order by 10am)
Next Working Day 4pm (Order by 10am Mon – Fri / Deliver Mon – Fri) for £15.00 (FREE on orders over £300)
Royal Mail Tracked (2-4 days)
Delivery from 2 working days after dispatch. £10 or FREE on trade orders over £150.
International customers

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to EU countries currently but we are working hard to make these available again.

Please be aware that due to Covid there are currently delays to Australia and New Zealand, please allow up to 20 working days for items to be delivered.
